Change can leave us feeling lost, isolated and stuck.
Life transitions are like obstacles in the path of life, sometimes shifting us off course. They impact our identity and our relationships, often in ways we don’t anticipate. Whether planned or not, welcomed or not, life events can feel overwhelming. I specialize in helping clients navigate life when it doesn’t go as expected.
Whatever the change…
PREGNANCY • PARENTHOOD • RELATIONSHIP • CAREER • HEALTH
…you are not alone.
Options & Alternatives to Help You Navigate Your Journey.

You want practical help right now to navigate a problem that is getting in the way of living your best life. Providing coaching and consulting, in addition to traditional psychotherapy, empowers you with choices in how you navigate life’s challenges and allows Kristin the flexibility to use an integrative approach in delivering solutions and support.
