Low-Dose Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy
Sometimes talk therapy alone isn't enough to reach the places where trauma lives. Ketamine Assisted EMDR Therapy combines two powerful approaches — EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and low-dose sublingual ketamine — to help you access and process traumatic memories in a way that feels more approachable and less overwhelming.
As an EMDRIA-certified EMDR therapist, I have extensive training in trauma reprocessing. The addition of low-dose ketamine creates a window of calm, curiosity, and openness that can make it possible to engage with difficult memories that may otherwise feel impossible to approach. Ketamine at this low dose enhances neuroplasticity — the brain's ability to form new connections — and can quiet the defensive patterns that sometimes block progress in therapy. The result is often accelerated healing that clients describe as profound.
This approach is particularly well-suited for individuals with treatment-resistant trauma, PTSD, or those who have found traditional therapy helpful but still feel stuck.
EMDR Therapy Intensives
EMDR Therapy Intensives offer an alternative to the traditional weekly therapy model. Rather than spreading sessions across many months, intensives compress the work into extended, focused sessions — allowing you to go deeper, faster.
As an EMDRIA-certified clinician, I offer EMDR intensives for individuals who are ready to commit to focused trauma processing. This format is ideal for those with limited availability for weekly appointments, those who travel, or those who simply want to accelerate their healing. Many clients find that the continuity of an intensive format allows them to move through material more fluidly than the start-and-stop rhythm of weekly sessions.
